Electronic Filing

Electronic Filing

JESCS (Journal of Education, Social & Communication Studies) implements an electronic submission and editorial management system through its Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. This system facilitates the submission, processing, review, and publication of scholarly manuscripts in an efficient, transparent, and organized manner.

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system. All submissions must comply with the journal's focus and scope, author guidelines, formatting requirements, publication ethics, and other applicable editorial policies.

Through the electronic filing system, authors can register an account, submit manuscripts, upload supplementary documents, track the progress of their submissions, respond to editorial decisions, and communicate with the editorial team throughout the publication process.

The journal encourages authors to ensure that all submitted files are complete, accurate, and prepared according to the journal's requirements. Required documents, such as statements of originality, author contribution declarations, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and ethical approval statements, must be provided when applicable.

All manuscripts submitted to JESCS are subject to an initial editorial screening. Suitable manuscripts may proceed to the peer-review process, while submissions that do not meet the journal's requirements may be returned for correction or rejected.

JESCS is committed to maintaining a secure, reliable, and transparent electronic submission process to support efficient editorial management and uphold the principles of academic integrity and responsible scholarly publishing.

Authors can access the electronic submission system through the official journal website:
