Author Publication Charges

The Journal of Education, Social & Communication Studies (JESCS) is committed to providing equitable, accessible, and transparent scholarly publishing. The journal operates on a free-of-charge publishing model and does not impose mandatory fees on authors at any stage of the publication process.

1. Article Submission Fee

Article Submission: IDR 0.00 — NO CHARGE

Authors are not required to pay any article submission fee. Manuscript submission and initial editorial screening are provided free of charge.

2. Fast-Track Review Fee

Fast-Track Review: IDR 0.00 — NO CHARGE

JESCS does not charge a fast-track review fee. Peer review, editorial assessment, and author notifications are provided free of charge. Review timelines depend on reviewer availability and editorial procedures; no specific review period or decision is guaranteed through payment.

3. Article Publication Fee

Article Publication: IDR 0.00 — FREE OF CHARGE

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are not required to pay an article publication fee. Publication is free of charge, and acceptance is determined by scholarly merit, originality, relevance, and compliance with the journal's editorial and ethical standards.

4. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 0.00 — NO CHARGE

The Journal of Education, Social & Communication Studies (JESCS) does not impose any mandatory Article Processing Charges (APCs). All authors, whether domestic or international, may submit and publish accepted articles free of charge.

The journal's fee structure is as follows:

No payment is required for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, or publication. Authors are not required to pay an APC or any other mandatory publication-related fee as a condition of publication.

5. Voluntary Donations

Although JESCS provides its publishing services free of charge, voluntary donations are welcome to support the journal's operational expenses, including website maintenance, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration, and administrative processes.

Donations are entirely voluntary and are not a condition of submission, peer review, acceptance, or publication. Donations have no influence on editorial decisions or the treatment of manuscripts.

6. Commitment to Free Scholarly Publishing

JESCS is committed to ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent authors from publishing valuable scholarly research. The journal seeks to maintain a transparent and equitable publishing environment in which all authors receive fair editorial consideration regardless of their financial circumstances.
