Copyright and License

Authors who publish in the Journal of Education, Social & Communication Studies (JESCS) retain full copyright ownership of their published works. Copyright is not transferred to the journal upon submission or publication. Authors retain full rights to use, share, reproduce, distribute, archive, and develop their published works without restrictions imposed by the journal, subject to applicable copyright law, the terms of the applicable license, and the rights of third parties.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits the sharing, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of published material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that the original author(s) and source are properly credited and the license terms are respected.

This license allows anyone to freely:

  • Share — Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

These freedoms cannot be revoked by the licensor as long as users comply with the applicable license terms.

License Terms
